Highland Honey is produced from Boulder County Colorado apiaries. It's raw, unheated, and creamed so it will never further crystallize. All honey is not equal! The vast majority of honey has been destroyed by heat to expedite jarring.

Honey quality is influenced, in part, by the intricate interplay of geology, geography, and climate, and their impact on plant life. Bees gather nectar and pollen from nearby flora to create their food source. We are not producing bee packages this year due to the volatile and continued problems in the commercial bee world. We don't have enough bees to safely produce bee packages. However, we still have Nucs available.
